Maple Sugaring

Every year from January to March, farmer Pete taps over 700 Maple trees to collect raw sap.  The raw sap then goes through an elaborate evaporation process, converting raw sap to pure maple syrup.  Everything from collecting to bottling is done on the farm.  Be sure to check out our Online Store to try our syrup for yourself!  We are proudly one of the few sugaring operations in Fairfield County.
